• Paper type. Cotton paper has nice natural surface texture. It is softer if compare to regular paper and accepts impression or emboss nicely. If you would like to have business card with colored background, we always recommend to use colored paper, because colored paper has consistent background color. For double sided cards, where impression is required, we always recommend to use duplex paper.
• Printing technique. If business card design includes fine detail we mostly recommend to use letterpress printing. Letterpress ink is translucent and in cases whet light objects should be printed on the dark surface we recommend to use foiling. Foil is very nice when design needs to reproduce metallic shiny objects.
• Design style. Everything about the quality – quality materials and printing techniques makes business cards look luxurious. Even simple minimal single color letterpress business card can look stunning. But if you want more luxurious you can choose from many different papers, foil printing and even foiled business cards edges.
• Budget and quantity. Cheaper option would be if you would order single sided letterpress business card printed on cotton paper. More printed letterpress colors ads extra price, because each color we have to mix and each color run separately trough press. Foil business cards cost more expensive than letterpress, because they require special metal dies to print them.
